Disconnected Legacy Systems Chaos
Beach clubs and restaurants operated under a chaotic bundle of disconnected utilities: legacy ticket printers and POS, spreadsheets to schedule waiter shifts, lost or wet thermal paper orders in the kitchen, and manual paper seating charts to manage beach sunbeds. This resulted in delayed order prep, tip allocation disputes, friction-heavy customer waiting lines, and zero financial trace-ability.

Modern client-facing setups demanded robust Windows terminals connected directly to local network thermal printers, paired with synchronized interactive double displays (Customer Display Window) for immediate updates—something traditional web browsers struggles to handle smoothly. Moreover, expanding into European markets required compliant integrations with strict government tax regulators like German KassenSichV.

Flutter Multiplatform Architecture & Dual Displays
We designed a robust cross-platform POS and ERP using Flutter and Firebase for ultra-fast database sync. For Windows desktop registers, we implemented a custom dual-window architecture: a cashier-facing app that drives a secondary 'Customer Display Window' in parallel. This guarantees clients get instant previews of items, taxes, promo materials, and checkout tallies with zero screen lag.

Interactive Layouts, KitchenVue Comandas & Fiskaly Compliance
We developed a gorgeous blueprint system where site manager can graphically configure sunbed layouts, allowing quick sales right on the beach map in real-time. Kitchen workflows are fully digitized with active order screens ('KitchenVue') replacing thermal printers. At checkout, the platform signs and stamps transactions with a secure Fiskaly XML API integration under 150ms.
